Hi everyone! My old Adobe Stock account was blocked, can I withdraw funds from my new account to my old paypal account? The blocking was for inappropriate content design.

You can continue to use your PayPal account; however you may find that your first payout request on the new stock account triggers an account review/deactivation, particularly if you uploaded the same content for which the first account was blocked.

Sure. But only if you do not have "inappropriate content design ".

Sure. You can use any verified PayPal, Payoneer or Skrill account to which you have legal access.  But if you're not in good standing with Adobe, they may not want to have you back.  Fellow users can't help you with that.  This matter is between you and Stock Contributor Support.

Adobe placed the restrictions on you. Opening a new account under a new name does not mean that the restrictions are not still in place.
