Can I withdraw to the same Skrill account from two separate Adobe Contributor accounts?

Yes, but you shouldn't be creating 2 separate contributor accounts as that is no longer allowed.

I will not create a second account. My friend already has a contributor account. He wants to withdraw to my Skrill account. Now we can both withdraw to that account, right?

I would think this might raise some red flags on Adobe's end and at least cause your accounts to be disabled, at least temporarily, while they investigated. I mean, personally, I wouldn't risk it. Why can't your friend create their own Skrill account?
