I'm a newbie. I'm withdrawing money for the first time. If I withdraw on Thursday, February 1, 2024, then count for another 7 - 10 days to get the money, does that include Saturday and Sunday or not? Thank you.

The payout timing is 7-10 business days, so no you can't count weekends, nor the day that you made the request.

Business days are from Monday to Friday only, excluding public and company holidays. So with no holidays in between, you can count on up to 2 full weeks. So you may expect the status to change on the 16th or 19th of February. The status will change from pending to done, meaning that Adobe did send the money. Your payment agent (PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer) will still need to credit that to your account. Therefore, add at least 3 business days to that.

Monday, February 19th, is a federal holiday in the U.S. (President's Day) which could cause an additional delay.
