Hi, I've been noticing that some of my design has been sold subject to a 30% tax rate. Is there a tax increase set by Adobe Stock for its contributor? Thank you.

I have withholding tax sales too, tax form validated, tax 0% for Russia

I've noticed the same thing today. Yesterday I have received an email about my Tax form getting expired in a week, even though I submitted a new tax form almost two weeks ago and it's been validated and the 30% rate should not be applied.

I did not receive any emails regarding this notification and just happened a few hours ago before I posted to this forum
