In addition to the exposure issues noted by others it's not in sharp focus, and you have some lens spots. You would have needed to use a tripod and perhaps bracketed images to shoot this scene effectively.

Hello,

Yes, unfortunately, these days for stock purposes, the overexposed parts are a problem on the technical side. The moon being overexposed just kind of spoils it sadly.

Nice photo. However, technically the highlights (lights and moon) are overexposed and some shadows are underexposed.
