Hi JG
Thanks for your critique.  I'm new to stock photography and the cookie cutter rejection notice from Adobe listed a word salad of possible reasons for rejection, but wasn't very specific about the actual reason(s).  Over processing was one of the one of the possibilities listed.
Your critique was very helpful.  For future submissions I will just use my camera software to correct white level, exposure, and noise.
Best regards

Hi Jim,

Normally we would ask you to post the rejection reason the moderators rejected for, however I can see clearly this is a technical issue. This image was excessively post processed. You should not make major adjustments of your photos. Normally you adjust for normal white balance, and exposure. Remove excessive noise, and that's it.

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/how-to/tips-stock-image-acceptance.html?set=stock--fundamentals--adobe-stock-contributor provides guidelines you can benefit from.

Best wishes

JG
