This image was declined as "Lack of aesthetic or commercial appeal", and I was hoping that someone might have some insight into what would have made this pic more acceptable. Thanks ahead for any suggestions.

I like the color in the sky but the shadows are much too dark for this to work. The problem with sunsets and sunrises is that everyone loves to shoot them when they are beautiful like this. The result is an abundant supply of content. There is definitely a market for sunsets and we do accept them however since we have so much content to get accepted the image must face an added layer of scrutiny and have a serious WOW factor. This image in my opinion is lacking that.
