Question

Wrong approval, or injustice?

Hello, we, as a contributor, tried to create alternative images on the topic of TikTok using AI, since we found such an image on Adobe Stock that was not classified as editorial - specifically this one from the link.

https://stock.adobe.com/images/tiktok-logo-glowing-brightly-over-a-dark-rocky-landscape-futuristic-digital-art/1105280385?prev_url=detail

However, our images were not approved for two reasons (intellectual property (IP) law). Both the linked image and ours were marked as generated using AI and have "TikTok" in the title and keywords. They were visually similar. We don't think it's fair if someone has the opportunity and someone else doesn't. Please give a relevant assessment of this suggestion. Thank you.

By the way, there are many other images tagged with or featuring the TikTok logo, but they are marked "Editorial" which prohibits their use for commercial applications.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum and will receive no reply from an Adobe rep here. The asset you referenced is in violation of the IP guidelines and should not have been approved. As @RALPH_L  indicated, you can report it to Adobe.

Naturaly it is not okay if the rules are not enforced. You should contact contributor-support to make them aware of the assets that violate the rules.
