If your PNGs do NOT have transparent background, you should delete and resubmit as jpg.

No, you did it correctly. Pngs should be uploaded as pngs. Do not upload the same images in jpg format.

Okey, but the guidelines stated that all PNGs must be transparent. Usually i uploaded as jpgs, but i missed this one and uploaded them as PNGs while they're not transparent. If they're rejected due to missformated (later), can i re-upload again?

If you uploaded PNGSs without transparent backgrounds, I'd delete them now on your own. There is always the possibility that PNGs without transparent background will make it through the moderation process. If buyers download those assets are they do not have transparent backgrounds, they complain. And complaints can sometimes lead to a review of your entire portfolio.
