Hello! I uploaded some videos on adobe stock service. The video resolution is 2720x1530. After approval the are two versions: HD and 4K. Information about HD is OK (size, resolution, and so on). About 4K: First of all - my videos is not 4K, just 2,7K. Secondly - the isn't some information (size, resolution, and so on). Tell me please, what I shall do? It's not only the HD mark and 4k mark, but with 4k there are missing detail information that should be there. I suggest you contact contributor support on this as it is for sure a bug not showing the correct information.

May be the 4k option got enabled by error.

Basic HD = 1280 x 720

Full HD = 1920 x 1080

Your video is somewhere between Full HD 1080p and Ultra HD 4K.

Maybe Adobe Stock is rounding up and calling it 4K 🙂
