If you click on the images you will see that they all say EDITORIALE. This means that a Buyer can use them only for news articles. They are NOT available for commercial use.

If I copy vectors from other sites for editorial use, can this be done? I would like someone from adobe to answer

Adobe staff may also reply, but NO, each contributor must agree (legally binding) that they have all rights to what they submit. New contributors, by the way, may not submit illustrative editorial at all.

So why can he do it?

It is hard to believe that a reviewer accepted these without an IP release.

On the other hand, all of the images shown, including so called "original" is a blatant violation of Marvel's IP. I don't think anyone (except Marvel) has a leg to stand on if their copy is copied. I have no idea how Adobe could consider image https://stock.adobe.com/images/collection-of-spiderman-icons-set/497112906?prev_url=detail as acceptable illustrative editorial.

The copyright holder for each image can file a DMCA report. Hopefully a few reports will cause Adobe to block the contributor and their earnings. Maybe they will also sue them for breach of contract, we live in hope.
