When you post here you are not speaking with Adobe, but fellow contributors. 

Did Adobe say you are the guilty culprit or did you get a generic Copyright Infringement notification. Did you confirm that they are saying you infringe on someone's copyright? It could be someone infringing on your copyright.

Let's assume someone complains to Adobe that you copied their art and submit without due permit. Adobe notifies you that you did same. There is a link Adobe provide for you to provide proof of copyright ownership. Have you tried doing that?

The other scenario is Adobe sees your work on another platform under another name. They do not know who copy from who. Your account is frozen for copyright infringement. Again you will need to prove the images or the other account belongs to you. Before you act on impulse you should think rational and provide proof of ownership using the contact information Adobe provide you.

as Jill mentioned, Adobe Stock should be contacted via reply to the Mail you get that says that you are blocked or at https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/de/contact 

Also maybe try to be calm and objctive when contacting the Stock Support.

We understand you are upset.  But this is not the place to vent your rage.  No one here has the power of the ability rectify your problems.  Only Adobe can do that and they are the ones you should be talking to.  There is a link in the message you received to access the Adobe staff with the ability to look into your casse and resolve any errors.  I suggest you talk to them.  And rememb er that they too are human beings and they are unlikely to respond well to your being impolite with them. They are only doing their job.

Your rant is not directed to Adobe in this forum, and you will not receive a response from Adobe here about your account status. This forum is primarily supported by fellow Contributors, not Adobe employees, and we have no ability to look into your account to assess what the issues are. If your account has been blocked, you must reply to Adobe using the link that was provided and they will reply in due time. Their support staff is quite overwhelmed right now, so it might take a while.

I had the account blocked and I continue to receive daily income reports? Are you going to pay money for my work or are you really going to rob me?
