Hi guys, can you please tell me who can I contact for help in unlocking the author's account?

 

Good afternoon, dear Adobe support. Can you please tell me why there was a blocking of my author account? The ban occurred on January 7th with the reason: "Your account has a problem with the verification status. You need to contact us."

 

I am writing to them on the official email, there has been no answer for more than a week

Yes, I completely forgot that this is the weekend. Reworked a little. But the account has already been restored

Official e-mail? So, you used the contact address that was given in the mail?

 

I would check the spam folder. Adobe tries to respond rapidly to requests. But the 7th was a Friday, and even Adobe employees have a right to take the weekend.

I can understand the panic, when the account gets suspended… 🙂 I'm happy that your troubles found a resolution.

Thanks a lot for your help. The issue has been resolved. Indeed, it was necessary to wait for the start of the working week. The account was unblocked.

As @Jill_C said, you must contact Adobe Stock Contributor Support for assistance during normal business days.  They are not available on weekends or holidays.   If you don't get a reply, check your email spam folder.

If they just blocked you on January 7th, you haven't been waiting for more than a week for a reply. If you haven't received a response by early next week, resend it. We here in the Forum are volunteer contributors, and not employees of Adobe so we do not have the ability to look into your account.
