Yesterday, I got a message while I login to my adobe stock contributor account. I have attached a screenshot of an email from adobe stock. I understand that but any experts can you tell me how to get my account back? by this time payment pending is going on also. Would I get my payment? Please let me know.

Not likely. 

 

Infringement is a very serious legal matter.  If you did it, you can say goodbye to that account forever. 

 

If you didn't do it, you need to prove your case directly with Adobe Stock Contributor support, at which point they may consider re-instating your account.

The members of this forum have no insight into your account, and such matters are private between you and Adobe. Have you communicated directly with Adobe on this matter? A takedown request is a pretty serious infraction. Per the terms of your contributor agreement with Adobe, if they find that you have violated the T&C's by posting work that is not yours, they will close your account and withhold final payment.

I have sent an email directly adobe support agent. They didn't reply yet. Is there any way how can i prove it to adobe stock that this work is mine and i have it by myself?

It's all in the message, and we can't help you with that:

Your payment is blocked until the time you can prove that the intellectual property of this asset lies with you and not with someone else. Check the guidelines so that you understand exactly what IP means. You need to present your arguments with them, as you have been told. There is no need to discuss with us or anyone else on this or elsewhere.

 

You also need to review your account and take down eventually other infringing elements, as the message says.
