I have this problem today, this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."

 

I sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer.

 

What I should do next ? What is wrong ?i didnt withdaw any of my earning ammount. and i submited my lots of artwork and designs.

If you have replied to the contact us link, you must wait for Adobe's reply. It could take some time, perhaps several weeks, to resolve the issue. In the meantime, don't send multiple followups via email which only serves to further clog their support system,
