yesterday [23 September, 2023] When I go to login to my Adobe Stock Contributor account I face this problem" Your account has a validation status issue" Even, though Adobe did not mention any reason to me in an email. They blocked my account.

No one here in the forum can help you get your account restored. You must reply to the contact us link on the page in your screenshot and wait for a reply from Adobe. It could take days or it could take weeks for them to complete their investigation. Meanwhile, do not spam them with repeated emails since that further clogs their already overwhelmed support system.

All you can do it reply with the contact form and hope for the best. There are TONS of us who have been waiting over a month for Adobe to review and unblock the account so just sit tight and hope for the best after using the contact form. Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do for you.

edit: Feel free to DM me if you use discord and wish to join a server with roughly 40 others in the same situation as you now find yourself in. There are some good discussions about it and talks about how to be more prudent going forward when unblocked and there's a handful of people there that were already unblocked if you're curious about that, since it seems things are a little different than a month ago for it. The earliest people were told by Adobe that they already corrected their images for them, while more recent unblocked people were told they had to do it themselves. Even when unblocked your sales will suffer for the first few weeks though so expect almost nothing for the first 4 weeks post-unblock. No matter what happens this will be rough on your sales temporarily so keep that in mind.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
