"Your account has a validation status issue" — help me, please

I can't log into my account. I haven't received any alerts or email notifications (I checked my spam folder too). I sent a message through the 'Contact us' link, but no answer.
What should I do next?
What's wrong?
What and how can I check everything next time so it doesn't happen anymore? How do I fix this situation?

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

If you know that your account has a validation status issue, you've seen the page that has the "contact us" link. Reply to that link, then wait for a reply. It could take days or it could take weeks. Meanwhile, do not send repeated emails which will not hasten the process.

As we have answered here many, many times:

-- answer the contact link

-- wait for an answer telling you what you violated

-- explain the measures you will take so that it does not reoccur

-- wait for a review

After the review, your account will be opened or remain close for a short period or be remained closed.
