"Greetings, I am a new member who began selling in the stock market on December 12, 2022. Unfortunately, my account has been disabled and I am unable to access it. According to the website, there is a validation status issue that needs to be addressed. I have already sent a message through the "Contact Us" form, but have yet to receive a response. I have also attempted to connect with an agent, but the conversation was prematurely terminated. Could you kindly advise me on the proper course of action to take in order to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your assistance."

In these cases, an initial email is usually sent detailing the reason the account is deactivated.

 

Your only option is to use the link provided to contact Contributor Support and wait, there will almost certainly be an email response but it may take several weeks for it to come through.  I once saw a post from someone who had their account reinstated and it took about 4 weeks in total.  Make sure to watch your spam or other folders in case the response gets filtered.

Hello George, thank you for your response. I have spoken with an agent, and they have assured me that they will email me within 24 hours. While I am disappointed that my account has been blocked and it prevents me from selling on a daily basis, I am still unaware of what law I may have violated. Could you please provide further information on the matter? Thank you.
