Today I logged into my account and saw the words "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."

Can you help me ?

Tax formalities are not a blocking factor. You just get stripped of 30% of you revenues if you do not comply. However, if there is a doubt about the identity of the account holder, you will get that message.

Nguyen Tuan Vu​: You need to login in into your contributor account. In the footer there is a link called "contact us". You need to use that link.

Please report back if you still have trouble.

Please follow the instructions as given above to contact Adobe. There is no other way.

Hi Nguyen

A procedure included in the creation of your account is to download a tax form, complete it, and upload it along with the required credentials. This tax form may be accessed when you click on "Contributor Account" on the top menu bar of your stock.contributor page, and scroll down to the bottom to "tax information" as illustrated at  tagproducts_SG_STOCK-CONTRIBUTOR_i18nKeyHelppagetitle .

If you have already fulfilled all the requirement, then you need to click on "Contact us" located to the left of the bottom menu bar on the same page.
