Why is adobe support so terrible, holy god i've sent 5 emails in the span of 2 months to understand what the issue of this validation status is? Everytime I try to get on live chat with an adobe representative they leave the chat after saying "I will connect you with another agent." THIS HAS HAPPENED 4 times!! These customer service employees just end the chat?? What is going on? Why does no one answer my emails and help me understand what this issue is asking for?

If the assets are indeed bad quality and customers complained, you will stay blocked until the assets are all cleaned up. As Contributor support currently has a lot of work with generative AI contributors, be patient for contributor support to answer. Watch your spam folder. They communicate via e-mail.

To begin with Adobe Chat is for subscription product & billing issues.  It has nothing to do with Stock Contirbutor accounts.  So you've been barking up the wrong tree.

Secondly, a blocked or terminated Contributor account is for violating Contributor TERMS of Use.  See below.

Contact Stock Contributor Support directly.  If after 10 business days you don't receive a reply, send a follow-up email.  Check your email spam, trash and social folders.

Goodbye and good luck!

Customer service is for customers. not suppliers. You are a contributor, so you need to contact contributor support. Contributor support answers your request, but ignores subsequent spam attempts. You should look your e-mails and check your spam folder.

Your assets may be suboptimal of bad quality, you may have violated other blocking reasons. We can't say. Adobe blocks accounts for reason, so it's up to you to see what reason may be appropriate to your case.

You are contacting the wrong people. Live chat is for customer support. Here you are not a customer, only a supplier. You can only contact contributor support.
Mostly this happens if people violate some of the contributor rules, such as copyright, submitting similar pictures, or have unusual sales patterns. Adobe block accounts forever in many cases. They will only reply to email, so check spam folder.

============

  • Were they high quality AI with all imperfections removed?
  • Do you have copyright to the assets?
  • Did they have any chance of being accepted and making sales?
  • Did you submit signed release forms?
  • Did you title, keyword & describe as "Generative AI?"
  • How many AI assets did you submit and over what period of time?
