Hello,

I have this problem for almost 3 weeks, this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."
and I can't do anything on the screen, except accessing Adobe ID settings.

I sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer.

What I should do next ? What is wrong ? How can I validate and what to validate ?

Did you contact Adobe? And if so, how and when. You should at least give minimal information.

Hello! Please help me I get this today :

"Account validation issue

Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."

I was registering at adobe stock as a contributor 2 days ago, you approved my id, and my tax form, and some of my works...then today when I am logged in, and go to sell, or try to upload my new works I see this : 

"Account validation issue. Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."

What is this, what is the problem, please help me,

Hi Akos,

You have received a response from the contributor relations team and your account has been unblocked. Uploading many identical images is considered spam. Please be mindful of the submission guidelines.
