Correct answer Nancy OShea

Could be a technical issue.

The only way to find out is to contact Stock Contributor Support. They work Monday - Friday during normal business hours.

Good luck.

We are fellow contributors, we can't help here. Adobe will not publicly discuss the issue. You need to use the contact-us link to contact Adobe contributor support. Adobe will answer by e-mail, so check your spam folder. Adobe answers your request. It's not always the answer you want to hear, but you will get as answer an initial assessment of the problem.

Problems may be:

  • You used and uploaded copyrighted material.
  • You had suspicious sales activity.
  • You spammed the submission queue again and again with rejected assets.
  • You had other issues, like wrong submissions, wrongly marked submissions, …

We don't know the answer, but we know that you need to have patience for the investigation to advance. If you have committed one of the above infractions, chances are high, that your account stays locked.

You should do what the message says. Contact Adobe using that link (and no other way).
