Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us. Please help !!!

Hello,

I have this problem for almost 5 days, this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."
and I can't do anything on the screen, except accessing Adobe ID settings.

I sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer.

What I should do next ? What is wrong ? How can I validate and what to validate ?

It could take weeks for Adobe to complete their investigation of your account and reply with the status update. Do not send repeated emails during that time, as it just further clogs their already overwhelmed support system. Many accounts are being out on hold in this manner, so it could take time.

Adobe answers by e-mail, so watch your spam folder. Adobe won't discuss publicly the reasons that led to your validation issue. Only Adobe can tell you, but if you look at the posts in this forum, you may find out, that there are many other people having a similar problem like you. Adobe seems to lose tolerance for some kinds of offences.
