Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us. Please help !!!

Hello,

I have this problem for almost 4 days to go, this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us." Through I don't know why they block my account , my contents was 100% orginal. Why they take down my account with balance. It there any way to fix the issue?

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum, so none of the participants can help you get your account restored. You must reply to the "Contact Us" link on your account page, and wait for a response from Adobe Contributor Support. It could take a while for them to respond, as they seem to be quite overwhelmed due to the huge influx of Generative AI assets, and many account problems relating to those assets. Meanwhile, do not badger them with repeated emails, as that just further bogs down the support system.

Hello. Be patient. My account was also closed and it was restored within 10 days. Your profile is being reviewed. Don't worry it will open again.

have your sales levels dropped?

Sales drop with a blocking because of how the system works. If you do not have sales for a while, your account automatically drops down in rank and sales need to catch up again and adding with each sale again to your rank.

Forum experts, why do you always defend Adobe? Don't you think that one day you too will find yourself in a block and not receive a single explanation for months? Don't you think Adobe needs to rethink how it treats creators? No other photo stock allows itself such a rude and boorish attitude towards its authors. Our task is for Adobe to finally hear us, the authors, and begin to appreciate and respect us.

We are not so much "defending Adobe" as telling you how it currently works. Yes, it would be nice if they had a better way of reviewing accounts and removing noncompliant assets that didn't involve blocking accounts while the investigation occurs. Perhaps they will eventually have that capability. 

No, I am not concerned about getting my account blocked and waiting a long time for an explanation. I have been a Contributor for 7 years and have always complied with every regulation and guideline; therefore my account has never been blocked. This current surge of blocked accounts is a direct result of the huge influx of AI Contributors, many of whom never read all of the guidelines and rules before starting to upload.

There are more reasons for Adobe to take down accounts. The most common is, according to Adobe, spamming with similar images. But that may not be the reason for your suspension.

 

There is nothing this community can do for you. We can just counsel to be patient and not to spam the support with requests, this will effectively delay the support response.
