I've written to the support, but after 3 weeks there is no answer (I can't find any reason). They blocked me when I ordered 1st payment - so be aware people.

Correct answer Jill_C

It seems that many new accounts are temporarily suspended for review following the first request for payout. This step became necessary after so many suspicious sales schemes were used to falsely inflate sales. If there are no such sales in your account, it will be unblocked after the review is concluded.

If you contacted Adobe via the Contact Us link on your account, a Support Ticket has been created in the Contributor Support system, and they'll respond when the investigation of your account has been completed. Unfortunately, that will take a while, because of the large number of accounts under review. The temporary suspension of accounts following first payment request seems to be a regular part of Adobe's process at the moment, particularly for accounts that focus on Generative AI assets. If they find nothing in your submissions or sales that violate guidelines and the Contributor Agreement, your account will be restored and the funds released.

I'm there with you.  It is infuriating.  At least say we are under investigation for..........no response makes you think something fishy is happening on there end.  I don't make a ton of money with them, $100 or more a month or so, but with as many images in my library for them to sell, deactivating my account with no response, whose to say they are not still selling my images and not paying me?  It's been over 3 months without a response.  If it is AI Generative issues, does using topaz denoise for noise reduction and slight sharpening on bird pictures count?  If so, all of Adobe's image processing platforms use generative AI.  One thing if it is an illustration, another if it is standard image processing.
