Your ID card has been rejected. Submit another before continuing.

 I'm getting the message "Your ID card was rejected. Please submit another one before continuing." and when I click on "Let's go" it just doesn't go, I tried to contact support but I couldn't, I don't know what to do because I tried everything and I can't send the photos for sales analysis.

Did you save the ID card in an acceptable & legible file format? 

Did you scan it properly and save it as a high quality JPG?
