  • Привет, я тут новенькая и пока не знаю как работать . Пыталась загрузить фото , мне пришел отказ . Написано неверный формат . Как понять?

Please make sure that your photos are saved in JPEG/JPG format. Follow the instruction at the right side of the blue circle upload portal on your upload page.

Here are the requirements for photos:

 

Follow these tech specs and guidelines:

  • Image format: JPEG
  • Color space: sRGB
  • Minimum image resolution: 4MP (megapixels)
  • Maximum image resolution: 100MP (megapixels)
  • Maximum file size: 45MB (megabytes)
