著作権フリーの画像と、AIで作成した画像の審査が通りません。

著作権フリーの素材を登録しないでください。

AdobeStockに登録できるアセットは、基本的にはご自身で著作権を持っているものや著作者から許可を得ているものに限られます。

今回ご提出いただいたアセットは以下の要件に当てはまります。

・著作権の消滅したコンテンツ

現在、著作権の消滅したコンテンツは受け付けていません。著作権の消滅したコンテンツとは、著作権の有効期限が切れているコンテンツや、パブリックドメイン専用のコンテンツです。

 江戸時代の女性がラーメンを食べているリサイズ.png - there's a border around the image which isn't allowed, and it shouldn't be a png since there is no transparent background.

NDLカメ.png - also shouldn't be a png and looks like a blurry photograph of an artwork.

You indicated that the images are copyright-free. What does that mean? If you didn't create these artworks yourself, you may not submit them to Adobe Stock.

pngs are not allowed unless they have a transparent background. The second image also has a border, which should be removed. By copyright free, you mean the images are your creations? If so, they probably will need a property release indicated that they are images created by you.
