I think the correct question should be: why could these images be accepted? They are full of errors

Fashionable American girls shopping on the streets of New York.png - several issues with this one: you can't use the Saks Fifth Avenue name or logo without a property release from that company. The hands, teeth and eyes of the subjects display drawing errors. The file should not be submitted as PNG unless it has a transparent background.

The image were rejected first and foremost because of the watermark. This often indicates that the images can not be used commercially. Even if that's not the case, the logo needs to be removed from the bag. That would be an IP rejection.

Text is not understandable, ai generated a glitchy text. You can try to avoid choosing images with text and banners.
