ボードを開いても真っ暗になっていて、画像などの設置ができません。画像は作れますが参照ができないため非常に困ります。解決策はありますか？

As a first workaround, could you please try the following steps:

1. Open the board and go to the right-hand panel.

2. Click on the Generation History icon.

3. Select the image you’d like to use.

4. Click “Place on canvas.”

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please try accessing the board in a different browser or via an incognito/private window, then repeat the same steps.
 

If the problem persists after trying the above, it would be really helpful if you could capture a HAR file while reproducing the issue (opening the board and attempting to place the image on the canvas) and share it with us. This will allow us to investigate the behavior more closely.
