어도비 파이어플라이 이미지 생성 제한

Hello Adobe Support Team,

I am writing to report a potential issue with Adobe Firefly’s generative image feature.

I currently have an active subscription that includes unlimited access to Adobe Firefly’s generative AI. However, I have consistently encountered a limitation where, after generating a certain number of images within a single day, I am no longer able to generate additional images.

When this occurs, Firefly displays a message indicating that I should “try again later” or that image generation is temporarily unavailable, even though my plan is advertised as unlimited.

Key details:

  • Subscription plan: Unlimited Firefly generative AI access

  • Issue: Image generation becomes unavailable after a certain number of images per day

  • Expected behavior: Continuous image generation without daily limits

  • Actual behavior: Image generation is blocked until a later time

  • This issue occurs repeatedly and appears to be a hard daily cap rather than a temporary system outage

If there is an undocumented daily usage cap, I would appreciate clarification. Otherwise, this seems to be a bug or system-side restriction that conflicts with the advertised plan benefits.

Please let me know if you need additional information such as screenshots, timestamps, or account details to investigate this issue further.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
[Your Name]

    Hi ruddlf8828!

Thanks for writing in. Could you share the prompt and any reference images you're using? Does it happen with a specific model?

    Let us know.

The issue occurs across all models, not a specific one. Regardless of the prompt or reference images used, the system repeatedly displays the message: “You’re going too fast. Please try again later.”
