To help us investigate, could you share which Firefly feature you were using when the credits were spent, along with the prompt, reference image (if any) and the model you’ve used?
It would also help to know what happens when you try to access the video, do you see an error message, or does the page just go blank?

In the meantime, you might try opening Firefly in a different browser or incognito mode, and check Your stuff > Generation history section to see if the video is stored there.
