4 unusable videos for $10, and now I have to pay again?

I dropped $10 on this, generated 4 videos (none of which were usable) and it already says I'm out of credits. Am I doing this wrong?

Thanks for responding. There were no errors. I was playing around with Firefly, since I'm new to it. After using up all the free credits, I signed up for the $10/mo plan. Then I generated 4 videos which were 5 seconds each, using the Veo 2 model. The videos weren't quite right yet, but I'm accustomed to tweaking the prompt to get the image/video just right—trial and error. That's normal. I was getting very close to the right result, and I think the fifth video would have nailed it. While attempting to generate a fifth video, the message to purchase more credits appeared. Granted, I wasn't tracking how many credits I had used. I just assumed they'd go further than that.
