A board has been shared with me on Firefly but when I try to open it I get a white page that says 'we cannot connect you to this location'

A board had been shared with me on Firefly. I never got an email about this invite so requested a direct link by the board owner. When I click on the direct link and create an account the board will not load and says ‘Oops! It looks like Firefly Boards can’t direct you to this location currently’. I need to access this board for a meeting today so any help would be appreciated.

    Please make sure that the board owner has selected “Anyone with the link” in the access settings.
