abo bezahlt aber wurde nicht freigeschaltet

Ich habe gestern von Adobe Firefly ein Testabbo bestellt und gezahlt. Die Cloud wurde auf meinem PC heruntergeladen aber ich habe keine Credits, so wie es beschrieben wurde.
Das ist sehr unübersichtlich und ärgerlich. Ich kann keine Image to Video Szenen erstellen.

      Ich schreibe jetzt auf Deutsch, weil euer System einfach macht was es will. Die automatische Übersetzungen machen es einem unerfahrenen User das hier alles unmöglich. 
      Wieso wurde mein Post als beendet gekennzeichnet???
      Ich habe das Abo bezahlt, es ist abgebucht, wie komme ich zu einer Freischaltung und an wem kann ich mich bitte wenden ohne einen Hochschulabschluss machen zu müssen. Ich bin Jahrerlanger Kunde und bin sowas nicht gewohnt von Adobe.

      Also nochmal - ich habe bezahlt (kostenloses 7 TageAbo) nichhts ist freigeschaltet. Das einzige ist, dass eure Cloud sich installiert hat.

      Un ich werde hier keine Bilder von meinem Account hochladen und schwärzen. Ich habe es so ausgeschnitten, dass man alles sehr gut sehen kann. Meinen Usernamen braucht ihr dafür nicht.

      Can you please show us a screen shot of the full browser window where the generation is not working?  Also, can you click on your avatar in the upper right corner and include an image of that after you redact your name and email address?

      There are two types of services in Firefly. Standard services and premium services. The 10/10 refers to standard services, such as text to image using Firefly models, or generative fill. Premium services include text to image using partner models, or text to video. You were using Veo 3.1 video generation. That is a premium service. That does not use the pool of 10 standard generations you have available. For that video generation, you had three complimentary generations, and you have already used them.
