About the never-ending sorry screen in Adobe Firefly

I want to access any model and generate images using Adobe Firefly, but I can't use it because an error keeps popping up when I'm supposed to view the image. Your partners can use it on sites other than Firefly, but Firefly gives an error. If this error persists after December 1st when using credit, it indicates that your system isn't worthy of the fees we've paid. I'm wondering if you have any advice on this, or if I'll need to purchase another AI. I'd like to hear more.
