Are you saying that it says you have 5400 credits but it is saying you do not have credits available? It is hard to tell from the information you provided, but one possibility is that you are trying to use a premium Firefly feature but you do not have access to premium features on your plan.

Because there are quite a few plans which have different credit entitlements and different levels of access, we need more information to help you. Please reply with the following information:

• What function were you using to generate (e.g. text to image, image to video, etc.) and what model had you selected? If video, what length and resolution did you select?

• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.

• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
