Hi,

The promotion that Adobe had which offered customers on select plans complimentary generations for images using partner models and for video generations using the Firefly model has ended. Generations will now be charged the standard number of credits, which are outlined in: Generative credits FAQ and Partner models in Adobe products.

Please note, you can look to the left of the generate button to see how many credits your current generation will cost:

For the past two consecutive days, I’ve been unable to use the service due to repeatedly receiving the message “Whoa there, speed racer.” This appears to be an issue related to overall server capacity.

We are on a high‑tier Adobe for Enterprise plan, yet this happens after just 2–3 prompts, effectively blocking me from using the service for the rest of the day. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a product that becomes unusable - especially when it’s something I rely on heavily for my work and deliverables.

Is there any update from Adobe on this issue?

When can I expect the service to function more close to normally again?

Update: I think I might just have run out of credits - they have been running an unlimited campaign, which is why I used to have unlimited Image to Video Generations - Turns out this is a premium feature (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/generative-ai/creative-cloud-generative-ai-features.html), which would then explain why this doesn't apply anymore and explain why I do not get to generate mutiple generations anymore.
