additional purchased Generative credits not showing up

i purchased additional credits on tuesday but here i am on friday still getting a message not enough credits. when i get the not enough credits message if I click "upgrade" i will get a message "we're processing your request, we will contact you...."

how long should it take to process a credit card?   i am being patient but want to know other peoples experiences with this purchase

i dont see any payment problems but i also dont see ANY payment information.
all of my expected plans appear to be in place but i am again not sure what out of place would look like

where do i look specifically for payment issues?
how long is typical?
