adobe fire était inutilisable

bonjour, depuis mardi adobe fire ne fonctionne plus je voudrais etre rembourser car vos service sont incapable de retablir le fonctionement de adobe Fire je ne veux entendre la phrase (je n’arrive pas a reporduire le problème) 

les crédit son débité alors que ça nefonctionne pas 

donner moi la marche à suivre pour etre rembourser SVP merci

    Looking at your Account menu, I can see that your credits are still intact, and the system automatically returned credits after each failed generation. That’s why your balance still shows 4000/4000 credits left. So although each attempt was charged initially, the credits were refunded right after the error occurred.
     

    Regarding the error message you saw: “We cannot display the generated video. You can edit it and try again.” it usually appears when the prompt or reference images include elements that don’t align with Firefly’s AI user guidelines.
    For example, references to trademarked or copyrighted material like Star Wars characters or settings can’t be processed, which is why the generation didn’t succeed.
     

    Because the credits were already restored, there’s no further refund needed. If you’d like to avoid this happening again, I recommend adjusting your prompt to steer clear of copyrighted or trademarked names and instead describe the style, mood, or theme you want. That way, Firefly can generate successfully and your credits will be used as intended.

    Je vous recommande aussi d’amelioré vos messages d’erreur qui sont plus que vague et des réponses inulite de votre support du genre ( nous n’arrivons pas à reproduire le problème) en continue pour tout les problèmes de disfonctionnement rencontré. 

    Vos temps de réponse de résolution de disfonctionment sont extrement long Je vous conseille d’etre un peu plus commercial afin de faire passer la pilule auprès des personnes m’écontents de la qualité de vos services support.

    Bonjour Hajar, merci pour cette clarification nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps à cause des mauvaises réponses de la personne précédente qui n’arrêtait pas de repondre en boucle ( nous n’arrivons pas à reproduire le problème) j’ai perdu 660 crédits que je voudrais bien récupéré lors du renouvellement des mes crédits. merci pour votre éfficacité Hajar
