Looking at your Account menu, I can see that your credits are still intact, and the system automatically returned credits after each failed generation. That’s why your balance still shows 4000/4000 credits left. So although each attempt was charged initially, the credits were refunded right after the error occurred.
Regarding the error message you saw: “We cannot display the generated video. You can edit it and try again.” it usually appears when the prompt or reference images include elements that don’t align with Firefly’s AI user guidelines.
For example, references to trademarked or copyrighted material like Star Wars characters or settings can’t be processed, which is why the generation didn’t succeed.
Because the credits were already restored, there’s no further refund needed. If you’d like to avoid this happening again, I recommend adjusting your prompt to steer clear of copyrighted or trademarked names and instead describe the style, mood, or theme you want. That way, Firefly can generate successfully and your credits will be used as intended.
