Adobe fire fly doesn’t work

You can access the Firefly Video Editor by navigating to the Timeline tab and selecting New Project. Once you are on that page, the Quick Cut feature should be available for you to use.

If you’re still having an issue navigating to the feature or can’t access it, please send us a screen recording to look more into it. Let us know.

hi, Can't post Bug Reports and can't access the AI Video Editor I paid for

Before I explain my issue: I can't even post Bug Reports or create new topics because the system automatically blocks every post I try to submit. So this is the only way I can ask for help.

I purchased an Adobe Firefly subscription because I wanted to use the AI video editing features, especially Quick Cut / the Firefly Video Editor.

However, I can't access the editor at all. Every link I find redirects me to the AI Video Generator instead of the actual AI video editor. I have searched everywhere on my account, but I simply cannot find or open the editor.

My Firefly subscription is active, so I don't understand why I don't have access to a feature that I paid for.

I'm completely stuck. The AI video editing feature that automatically edits videos is the main reason I bought Firefly, but I can't use it at all.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a direct link to the Firefly Video Editor, or is there something wrong with my account?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Why don’t I have the Quick Cut feature with Firefly Pro?

I purchased Firefly Pro specifically to use the Quick Cut feature shown in Adobe’s documentation and promotional videos.

I have:

• Firefly Pro subscription
• Firefly Video Editor (Beta)
• AI Assistant enabled
• Premiere Pro 26.0 installed
• Everything is fully updated

However, Quick Cut is completely missing from my account. I have checked Firefly, Premiere Pro, multiple browsers, and signed out and back in, but the feature does not appear anywhere.

Can someone from Adobe please clarify:

• Is Quick Cut currently available to all Firefly Pro users?
• Is it limited to certain Adobe IDs, regions, or a phased rollout?
• Can an Adobe employee check whether Quick Cut is enabled for my account?

I purchased Firefly Pro specifically for this feature, so I would really appreciate an official answer. Thank you.
