Is Adobe Firefly 3 labeled "Beta" and can I submit results from Adobe Firefly 3 to the Adobe Stock website?

Firefly3 has been released and is available for commercial use.
However, it does not meet Stock's size requirements and requires a highly accurate upscaling process.
