Adobe Firefly AI Assistant Keeps Loading Indefinitely

Hi Adobe Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Adobe Firefly AI Assistant. The AI Assistant keeps loading indefinitely and never completes the request.

I’ve already tried refreshing the page and waiting several hours, but the issue persists. I’ve also attached a screenshot showing the problem.

Could you please look into this and confirm whether this is a known issue or a bug?
