**Adobe Firefly Error: Credits Deducted Despite Generation Failure**

I am extremely dissatisfied with Adobe’s video generation feature.

When I attempted to generate a video, the system returned an error, yet my credits were still deducted. I received no output, no usable result, and no refund of credits. This is unacceptable.

Charging users for failed generations is unfair and feels deceptive. Credits should never be consumed when the system fails to deliver a result.

I request an immediate investigation, restoration of the deducted credits, and a clear explanation of why errors still result in charges. If this issue is not resolved, it seriously undermines trust in Adobe’s services.
