Adobe Firefly Freeze can be used to create image videos. Does it offer a commercial license?

Thank you for your message. 


Are you asking if videos created with Firefly can be used commercially?  If so, Adobe does not restrict your use of generated videos commercially. In fact, the Firefly models were designed to create videos that can safely be used commercially as they are trained on licensed or public domain images, and have protections to minimise the possibility that generated content infinges on trademarks or copyrights.

 

Note that other models are not necessarily generating images that have no trademark or copyright issues. As such, you should consult with your own legal counsel about the suitability for your use of AI generated videos in your commercial application.
