Adobe Firefly Gemini 3.1 not allowing "Use settings" and "Generate more" options to be available. They are greyed out for me — anyone else? I've reached out to Adobe CS but no luck.

This issue started since the beginning of this new account subscription. Not being able to use the “use settings” and “generate more” options on Gemini 3.1 (Nano Banana Pro 2) model image results has been very difficult. I chatted with Adobe CS twice and shared my screen twice, but nothing came of it.

I’ve also tried Incognito, a secondary browser (Safari), and clearing cache/cookies.

Is anyone else experiencing this greyed out issue? Specifically for the Nano Banana / Gemini models? Please view the screenshot attached for reference to the issue.

Same problem but for video generation, before I subscribe I test what I needed, I could do a video with 2 frames but then 30 min after that I subscribed became unable to generate with 2 frames, the 2nd frame became greyed. Used same computer, same browser, closed and opened the account multiple times, talked to customer service, nothing helps.
