For any of the products using generative AI features (such as Firefly web site, Ilustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Express) these are the guidelines for use: Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines.  These guidelines say that content created with generative AI features can be used for commercial use unless the product is in beta and it says it cannot be used for commercial use.  The only other thing to note is if you are using the free Firefly plan, you cannot remove  or crop out the watermark, even if your use is noncommercial/personal only.  I hope this answers your question.

How do I know I used a feature that was in beta? I don't see any indication in the image I've downloaded that it was. I don't mind keeping the logo as long as I can use the image.

It would say on the home page for Adobe Firefly where that feature is listed that it is "in beta", but to not use it commercially, in addition to being in beta, it has to specifically say it cannot be used for commercial use. I do not believe any of the firefly tools are in that state right now.
