Adobe Firefly is impossible to cancel. When I go to “Manage plan” and then “Cancel,” a window opens and just keeps loading and loading forever. I also couldn’t find any way to contact support directly or submit a support ticket.
They keep charging me every month, but apparently cancelling this crap is somehow not an option.

If the Cancel window is still spinning for you, it can help to try it once in a private/incognito browser window, but honestly the fastest path here is having support handle the cancellation directly so you're not relying on that screen working.
