Adobe firefly is not working, again, when I type the prompt and want the image to be generated, it just stays on a white screen, it does nothing.

Can you try opening fewer tabs, and avoid generating directly from the homepage, instead use the Text to image page, which you can access through the 'Create new' > 'Image' from the left side panel.

Thanks for sharing the screen recording. It helps. Can you try a hard refresh of that page? Hold the <SHIFT> key down and press refresh or reload.

If that does not work, do you have the same problem with another browser?
