Adobe firefly is not working, when I type the prompt and want the image to be generated, it just stays on a white screen, it does nothing.

First step:

After that I click the generate button and then there is a white screen, nothing happens:

    After reviewing the recording you shared, it looks like the initial URL being used is the issue. Here’s the link to the Firefly webpage, this should allow you to access all other features just fine.

    I noticed that the URL contains promotional tracking parameters, is it possible to enter the Text to image feature through this link and let us know how it went?

    Hey,It works fine, what does this mean that every time I want to use firefly I will have to access it via the link provided?
